It sure feels like a toxic relationship to me. There are so many reasons to break up, but on the other hand, I can't let go. Supportive environment, creative people with critical and growth mindset, and an office that is definitely a playground for many fun things to do. Markas Comika not only a comfortable place, this place often brings out meaningful conversations and personal growth.

Comika feels like an international school: it has the freedom to do whatever, but still supervised tightly. There is so much room to express and do new things here. The environment is also very supportive because of how close everyone is, even superiors.

I really enjoyed working at Comika, because maybe this is the kind of work-culture that I craved: serious on the inside, relaxed on the outside. In the afternoon I grind my hard skills with my stacks of work, but in the evening I pour every bit of my social skills to meet with many guests in the office–varying from comedy audiences or just randos that use our musala for praying.

Working at Comika was the best life decision I made, because it allowed me to learn and collaborate with other colleagues, while learning to be a better comedian at the same time. It opens up opportunities from outside and from Comika itself. Beside that, I am happy to be able to connect Comika as a corporate to comedy community, and many comedy students who learn with Comika Pecahkan. It is very great to see many comedians developed after studying comedy with us.

I have a good time working at Comika as a stand-up comedian, because I can watch the comedy industry blossoming right before your eyes. At my division, Comika Event, I can learn from the high profile comedians: how they prepare materials before the show, or how they handle the stage when bombing. But I also have to admit that I'm starting to feel nauseous from watching a stand-up comedy show almost every day.
